Norris Training Systems delivers comprehensive insurance pre-licensing materials and instruction designed to prepare individuals for the state licensing exam. While we provide proven tools for success, there is no way to guarantee every individual will pass. However, we are confident that our system, combined with your dedicated study, both in and outside of class, will effectively equip you to pass the exam.
Norris Training Systems is not affiliated with Pearson Vue, the third-party testing agency. Norris Training Systems cannot guarantee questions on the licensing exam.
Refund Policy
In the event that students either fail to enter the course, withdraw, or are discontinued therefrom at any time prior to completion of the course, the following Refund Schedule will apply.
If the student officially withdraws from the course (in writing) prior to completion of all parts enrolled in, the student may be rescheduled for a future class ($50 book fee may apply), or the tuition fee will be refunded in proportion to the number of sections that have been completed at the point of withdrawal.
Non-refundable fees for pre-study access will not be included in tuition refund. The time of official withdrawal from class is determined by the time that the course instructor receives such notice from the student in writing. If a course is canceled due to health concerns, students will have the option to enroll at a later date or be provided a full refund.
Norris reserves the right to postpone any scheduled course start date for any of the following reasons. Students are entitled to a full refund or elect to enroll in a course at a later date at no charge.
· When the number of students scheduled is not sufficient as determined by Norris Training.
· Instructor sickness
· Natural or another unforeseeable disaster
All monies due to a student shall be refunded within 60 days from the last day of attendance or within 60 days from the receipt of payment if the date of receipt of payment is after the student’s last date of attendance

Self-study courses are not eligible for refund.
